They want all their drivers of today to be AI, though it's coming in future!NX treat their drivers with contempt.Only work here if you're desperate for a job, as it's so stressful. Or of course if you want to get your D License, then run.

Low pay for the stress and bad treatment from both management and passengers. So if you like being miserable everyday. Then this is the job for you. And if you take anytime off sick they’ll sack you.

Bus Driver (Current Employee) - Walsall, West Midlands - 21 August 2023
Most of the time it's fine, but you find yourself being constantly threatened with dismissal. For any reason you're called into the office for talks. Hard work is not appreciated, noticed, or remembered. However, staff are amazing to work with, the company maintain a high professional standard. Work is simple and straight and most days aren't that long.
