Reviews for Customer Service Representative at National Express

It’s okay

The company itself is good but sometimes it can be management. If you do one of the smallest mistakes and they don’t like you, they can easily put you on a warning or a disciplinary without hearing your side. The money is good for what you do but sometimes it’s not worth it.

Hmmm

Not much job progression, ok for the most part but can get very hectic at times. Long hours on your feet all day with not much places to sit down. Agressive passengers!
