Project Support Officer in Darlington, Durham
on 19 May 2022
Progression poor
Very little chances of progression, potentially long hours on some days and quiet on other days. Understaffed for sure, try to put as many resources across projects as possible.
Traffic officer in South West
on 10 May 2022
No real opportunity for advancement. Shift pattern at the time wasn’t fantastic.People there were nice to work with.Pay should have been slightly more
Traffic Officer in West Midlands
on 22 March 2022
Poor culture, issues are left unresolved.
Poor senior leadership and HR being the worst of a company I’ve experienced. Loosing peoples personal details, not paying correctly. Inability to resolve issues due to not wanting to make decisions. This breeds a poor attitude culture of people who can get away with what they like. Lowest paid high speed / motorway workers. Understaffed. High pressure.

.Good WorkPlace
Excellent way back into work for people returning to the workplace - great opportunities for young graduates as future projects will allow them to develop
Control Room Operator in Godstone, Surrey
on 2 December 2021
interesting place
8 hour day with an hour Break, thats if they arnt short of staff so no break!training was poor,Mangement was poormentoring was poorshort of staffno breakyou work 6 days on which is challenging because your last working day sometimes went in to your day off, so when the company says 6 on 3 off, thats not really the truth. So if your 6th day and you do a night shift and you finish at 6am on your day off!! i would give it a no star for the review if there was a option
