How is feedback from management delivered at National Trust?

5 answers

  • Usually via complaints from mysterious other people. You never have complaints said to your face just get told that other people have said etc etc. always negative too. they think that giving you bad feedback and treating you like rubbish will make you into a dedicated hard working employee. it doesnt.

  • Feedback is usually critical and rarely are hard working members of staff thanked or valued; its all about targets

  • Robustly and compliance is required without question.

  • Terribly. It is personally insulting and unprofessionally done

  • Continuous online updates
