A nice charity
The work pace is usually demanding during peak seasons. The pay is low despite the amount we are required to do (ie. use our own cars and petrol to go across the site on work duties) and management at my site drives members of staff away. A good holiday entitlement.

A Brilliant Place to Work
Worked with a wonderful team at a major Heritage site in Yorkshire. Very busy , upwards of 2000 visitors per day. As a Membership Advisor (part time), lots of support given. Sent on a course which was excellent. Enjoyed the working ethic, working environment, and being a team player. Wages were good for a minimum wage job too.
