Answered 12 September 2017Pay reviews happen yearly. You have a conversation with your leader about how you would rate your performance and are required to provide evidence to back this up. This is completed in April and then pay increase would happen in June time.

Answered 7 November 2020With some work done on their culture, they should do well. The immoral practices used in some areas of Nationwide need to be addressed for their admin work to be processed correctly and for employees to feel compelled to carry on working there.
Answered 14 January 2019Can book holidays as and when you need them throughout the year as long as the hours are available (ie it hasn't already been requested by multiple other people) for your department. Around 4 and a half weeks holiday a year (based off full time)
