What is a typical day like for you at the company?

Busy but easy going as everyone is allways friendly and helpful

Dealing with lots of customer queries

I log onto my computer and start my AOM, then I start to work through beneficiary chasing and closing down cases. I get a one hour lunch and two ten minute paid breaks.

Very busy and will now be a lot busier with 1000 colleagues at risk

Start the day counting cash from the ATMs, morning meeting to celebrate staff, support clientele with their transactions and end the day with balancing cash drawer and safes.
