Usually competency based interviews with two people assessing you throughout the interview.
Easy and fast
I had an interview with two Managers, took a short test and was contacted a few days later about my successful interview.
5 stages , beginning with a telephone interview then 4 face to face actual interviews
Quite straight forward, 1 telephone interview and then a face to face
Very good, they look for the interviewee to fit in the Team/department personality wise.
Stage 1. Telephone interview.
Stage 2. Face to face interview including a role play scenario.
