Straight forward process. I sent my cv through a jobsite. If successful you are sent an email with a link to some online assessments takes roughly half an hour. there is also a mini interview where you will be asked a couple of questions and are given time to record and send your answer back (not live interview just to clarify).. If successful in that stage you are then invited to a virtual interview with a link to confirm the date and time. there is a link too that helps you prepare for your interview. The interview shouldn't last longer than an hour.
My interview was with my ex area manager (who was a diamond!) and a branch manager. It was very friendly, but at times very corporate.
