What is the interview process like at Nationwide Building Society?

  • Straight forward process. I sent my cv through a jobsite. If successful you are sent an email with a link to some online assessments takes roughly half an hour. there is also a mini interview where you will be asked a couple of questions and are given time to record and send your answer back (not live interview just to clarify).. If successful in that stage you are then invited to a virtual interview with a link to confirm the date and time. there is a link too that helps you prepare for your interview. The interview shouldn't last longer than an hour.

  • My interview was with my ex area manager (who was a diamond!) and a branch manager. It was very friendly, but at times very corporate.

  • Difficult and different stages

  • Interviewed with permanent members of staff with TCS.

  • Usually competency based interviews with two people assessing you throughout the interview.

  • Easy and fast

  • I had an interview with two Managers, took a short test and was contacted a few days later about my successful interview.

  • 5 stages , beginning with a telephone interview then 4 face to face actual interviews

  • Quite straight forward, 1 telephone interview and then a face to face

  • Very good, they look for the interviewee to fit in the Team/department personality wise.
