Really supportive, helped me through a tough time. Low pay, but I liked a lot of the people there, good ethics also. Would recommend, especially to younger people.

Absolutely shocking

Treat employees beyond a joke.Management and team leaders change all the time and are constantly stressing you over call stats.Pay is awful when they remember to actually pay you, if they make a mistake will never recitify it.

Avoid if possible

Some member facing roles are underpaid, undervalued and in many ways set up for failure. You’re a number and will be treated as such. Most of us need a job to pay for our basic needs but my advice would be to avoid Nationwide if possible.
