Great People To Work For..

Lovely people to work for. I just couldn't handle working from home unfortunately. Lots of support from the company. Wages could be better. But people couldn't be nicer !

A bit clicky, but overall good

Really good understanding management for the majority, lots of business perks, good banter with team mates etc. Only issue I found is sometimes there were not enough support staff to help.with complex enquiries or complaints

It was a good place the work. The work life balance was good for a financial environment. The salaries were in keeping with what you would expect for the job.

I worked for Nationwide for almost 10 years. I thoroughly enjoyed my job, my colleagues and the professionals i dealt with on a daily basis. I found the work demanding and challenging at times.
