working 5hrs paid for 4hrs 15
Working 13hrs paid for 10hrs
THEY DO NOT PAY TRAVEL TIME, if you calculate your paid hours and divide this into what you’ve actually worked (driving to service users homes IS STILL WORKING) you are below min wage DAILY!!
PAID FOR TRAVEL TIME CAME INTO EFFECT 7 YEARS AGO!!!What ever suits them really. You have to beg them for hours.
They never even gave me hours.
The working hours is easy
They are flexible to a point- you have to be available to suit the business needs, i.e early mornings, weekends & public holidays.
