Asked me what I would do in certain circumstances, what sort of hours I wanted, if I could do weekends
Clearly don’t understand its a zero hour contract, as they try to tell you when to work
If you can work more hours but they dont seem to understand a zero hour contract
I was genuinely asked for all of my next of kins' details, but not for the normal reason of emergencies. They told me they would call my mum, partner etc if they couldn't get hold of me if they needed me to cover a shift.... Day or NIGHT... I thought she was joking, she was deadly serious. Should of run for the hills back then.
Interview was taken by a admin assistant as management was too busy.
