Working hours vary depending on your role, where you are based and your contract type. Nationwide do offer part-time hours as well as flexible working where is is possible to do so. We recognise that work/life balance and well-being are important and we promote this on a regular basis. We are always interested in the health and well being of our colleagues, which is why we offer stress management support through our Employee Assistance Program.
They are basically as long as it takes to get the job done if you are non productive. If a productive you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 hours per day if you are not 100% efficient you get nothing for your additional time.
Anything over you 8 hours is flexible time, in other words for free
