Nationwide recognise that People are our greatest asset, we know our business can only succeed with great people in place. Nationwide are doing some great work to ensure it is a great place to work: training, development, flexible hours, rewards and benefits platform as well as leadership development. Nationwide regularly conduct exit interviews with our leavers as well as look at company reviews and these form part of our strategy for changing culture and improving what we offer and how we manage our colleagues. We know there is still a lot of work and it is work in progress so your comments are great feedback for us.
Close the doors if you continue to treat staff like pieces of meat ! Just a number springs to mind
Instead of having management meetings at high end places like Silverstone look after the staff that keep you on your platform. The contact centre were made to feel that you had done us a great favour for providing us with the basics such as heating, when in fact the extremes of temperature in the office has had a detrimental affect on staffs health.
Treat staff better and the company might start to improve
We are failing company insurance companies are leaving us and staff morale is so low to lack of time on jobs and repair methods are not followed
Close the business. That's your best bet. You've failed miserably and it's time to walk away.
Look after you’re staff!
Listen to your staff before they all leave and u finally have to shut the company down. Which wouldn't be a bad thing
This company is as poorly run now as it was twenty years ago. The staff are treated so badly in all sites. Soon no one will go there as most places pay more and treat their staff with respect
