Hitting daily targets, it seems that if you put the work in then more is expected from you where as the slackers seem to get a bit of an easy ride.
Dealing with management
Everything,doing the managers work,expected to work 7 days a week sometimes 16 days on the trot and still asked to work another weekend because no one will cover work because of the wages.
