Good place to work
Well paid, relaxed working environment with excellent staff benefits. Some roles more stressful than others but overall it was a good experience working there

Abolish and create a new organisation
Agree with the some of the other poor reviews on here. Place is a shambles. Management do not respect or listen to their staff. Status quo is maintained and nothing improves. Stinks of management looking after their own self interests. Not a place to work if you value work satisfaction. Organisation moves at an extremely slow pace. Definitely not a dynamic or fast paced environment. Management lack skills and cant make a decision... leave it to staff and then they suddenly have something to say ...some of them would be VERY hard pressed to get jobs elsewhere. AVOID.

A Good Pace to Work
Natural Resources Wales was the most inclusive company I've ever worked for as a temp. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were no clicks or ignoring the temp.

You scratch my back and I will scratch yours type of place
Title says it all really. This place is mis-managed to the highest level I have ever seen. People pass the buck - do no work themselves and criticize at every opportunity. Avoid.

Flexible working
A wide variety of interests within the same organisation can make getting work done a frustrating challenge! There is good level of flexibility in working arrangements
