A lot to learn do job can vary from day to day
The local bank where I worked had an excellent manager but I believe that person has now moved to another branch. Lovely team, no cliques and people there with many years experience were always helpful. Sales targets were unreasonable however and the fall out if you didn't make target was very demotivating.

No support
Training was good and in depth, but the company purely see you as a number and do not care about individual needs. Incorrect pay and you’re told to speak to a online portal to rectify it In 3 working days, Impossible to actually speak to someone if you need help with anything. Never received an employment contract. Terrible support and even worse management.

Intimidating managers
If you didn’t have any of your allocated break you couldn’t go to the toliet, which is against human rights. Mangers had favourites and if you were not one of them you would have to do all the mangers dirty work. No support when complaints from customers just left to your own devices
