Fast paced, stressful
From my time at NatWest, I learnt that the longer you stay on the phones, the heavier your work load becomes. Career progression is something that is spoken about in training, however there are very minimal opportunities to advance.Fraud Analyst in Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh

Fraud analyst
Fast paced. Very micro managed role. Good management but very timed and under pressure. Would recommend as it’s easy to work from home Aslong as you want to be timed on everything you do. Senior Personal Banker & customer service in Bristol United Kingdom

Great Work/Life Balance
Great work life balance, with flexible benefits and work from home opportunities. A lot of change is happening and so it can be hard to settle in role and not a clear strategy from the top. Good community support and opportunities to get involved in CSR and volunteeringService Desk Analyst in Futures House Derby

Good Salary for permanent staff with yearly pay rises commensurate with perfomance
Very High turnover in the department has resulted in a great increase in the demand on the centre If you like being busy then it's probably fine but you will be on back to back calls or consistently on 2 livechats once you are trained Changes have been made to improve the work for example reduction in the maximum number of chats from 3 to 2 though. If you want to progress to a more senior role be prepared to effectively perform that role for months to years before you receive the promotion As a large business the experiences across the bank differ but it is very common to see people confused by the arcane nature of some processes What would you say about your employer?
