Good starting place and lots of opportunity to learn. But salary package can be compensated better. If you start working in one sector of the work place, it seems not possible to try other roles

Bad compensation for people who stay long.It depends on your luck and which boss you meet. Some projects are very political. There is no proper team lead in some teams and led to doing things our way. And changes are required because there's no proper communication beforehand.A supportive boss who encourages exposure to new activities. The Cons is the management is messy, and no proper KT to do a particularly challenging task.
