Joining NEC has been fantastic so far. 6 month contract and have had lot of training and support from my team. Already feel like a little work family. The role itself is challenging in a good way and always something new to learn. My contract has been extended and hoping will continue that way. Rewarding and Collaborative place to work! The Recruitment team are Amazing!!

Joining NEC SWS has been a great experience for me. I have been here for 5 months now and I was made to feel a part of my team and the wider group straight away. My first week consisted of meeting lots of different people in the business which was great and allowed me to feel comfortable in knowing who to approach about anything and everything! There is always someone who is on hand to help and would never turn your questions away! The onboarding process of NEC SWS was great. I had a notice of one month and that can seem like a long time when you are ready to move but the recruiter was in touch with me often to check in and make sure everything was ok from my end and kept me updated with information regarding my first day etc. NEC SWS is a great company to work for and I feel very proud to be a part of the daily operations which contribute to the success of the business!
