Established in 2009, we support our swimming teachers at all stages of their life and swimming experience. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to be a vital part of our team, which will in turn be useful to you in all aspects of your life and your personal development. We consider our whole team as one big supportive group unit, focusing together on how best to improve our students’ skills and technique.

We care deeply about each member of our team and their development. We will support you and help you to gain further swimming teaching qualifications. We aim to have student-focused, hard working and adaptable team players who build upon our company values of “teaching people to swim as if they were members of our own family”.

Some of our younger swimming teachers have gone on to university and, building upon the skills gained with us, have progressed to work in a wide range of roles, including medicine, nursing, teaching and the police force.
