Worked for CPUK a Nestle owned company... Was sacked for assault...with one finger...Won appeal. was constructively dismissed for third party harrassment... So sacked again... A work place where folk can call black staff SOOTY. and nothing is done except to get rid of staff who challenged it.. Nestle in the dark ages... ROTTEN TO THE CORE
The Global organisation strives for maximising profit through safe, quality and healthy products that consumers respect. The local cultures interpret this in different ways. You are required to achieve all standards, in all aspects of the role. You are self motivating, driven and aligned with the vision. Work life balance is available when your objectives are met. Delighted consumers, Happy customers and better than the competition

Nestle is an amazing place to work they look after you and they actually care. It’s one of the only places that you feel valued and rewarded for your hard work. Flexible working makes you want to work so you can balance your home life as well as work
Nestle operate flexible working hours, good work space although situated in a fairly remote estate. Stringent review system linked to bonus scheme which can be very subjective based on your immediate line manager.
Great People, good career opportunities, restaurant, gym, flexible work hours.
Location is not particularly accessible.
Good campany good pay .good staff .busy job hard work. Shift manager was total clown .from new shift manager 5 staff left in few mths he was total bully and ended up getting a better job after 5 of our shift quit after few mths of his attitude .and bullying ..company looks after managers not staff..
Wisbech is in a downward spiral, with people regularly leaving/being sacked, work load and stress levels increase. More people leave/sacked and the cycle starts again. Some new starters don’t come back after their first week! Pay is good, benefits good, work load and expectations horrendous.
The management at Nestle is shocking. 20 year olds fresh from university with no people skills or experience. They see there role as a "stepping stone" they continually try to breach contract terms. They alter contracts continually to suit themselves and find ways to sack people who resist these changes. The worst place I've ever worked. Production and shift managers have no idea how the process work. Avoid
