Great culture, cool young vibe to the company. Of the people who stayed from when I worked there, many are in senior positions, or have moved to the US! Pay was not so good, but still a place that I was happy to go to every day, and feel a part of something bigger!

Great environment, but stressful at times

I worked here for a year, and it was a wonderful time. The people I worked with were not just good colleagues, but really good friends. The management was supportive, and the company take pride in developing its employees. Sometimes performance wasn't recognised, and others were favoured however. However sometimes there was an overwhelming feeling of 'over worked and underpaid'. The benefits are great, free cake, free alcohol etc, but the salary is below the sector average. Overall though, a great place to work and I'd always recommend it.
