Network Rail
Network Rail is a divers environment to work in, fast moving and presenting daily challenges with ever changing priorities. Teamwork is paramount in everything you do and you must be able to drive and be prepared to travel with overnight stays around the country. Poor management and clicky office staff
If your face is right, you will succeed in this job. if you are not the chosen one, you will not progress. The office staff are very clicky and are unfair towards the front line staff. They are full of broken promises and will do anything they can to stitch people up. Not to be trusted!Team Organiser in Hawksorth Swindon

Great Teamwork
Network Rail as a whole is a good company to work for. Working in the maintenance department rather than the corporate office is harder work, shorter lunch breaks and slightly less flexibility. Having said that, maintenance is where the real workers are, very dedicated, hard working people and one big massive family, everyone looks out for one another.Finance Intern in Swindon
