No life

Work every weekend and constantly going from nights to days body clock all over the place everyone is depressed and constantly complaining about the job. Managers speak to you like s**t all the time.

Same role

An ok Place to work

Not a bad place to work. Generally easy going but can be stressful at times. Work life balance isn’t great with lots of weekend work. Progression is non existent at the moment.

Great pay and benefits but low morale

Graft Canberra hard but for the pay it is worth it but the management above does not seem to understand there boys and take as much as they can without any payback

Good learning progress

A good company to work for and most people are easy to get on with. You can learn your job through all the courses that they require you to do and interesting.
