Confused Giant

Hard to work out which direction this company wants to go in as it changes it mind every five minutes and then dedicates loads of resources time and money to reorganisations which don't change anything on the ground which is where the investment is needed.

Shift patterns

6 to 7 hr shifts on nights being 8 to 10 weeks out of 13 weeks. 8 to 10 weekends out of 13 week period. Lot of hands on team work and skills relevant to maintaining running railways. Good team work culture,working in all weathers. Payday and job satisfaction.

Great place to work

Love the company go out of there way to help you would recommend this company if you are in the railway industry. Great pay and pension yes some weekend but your in your own time soon as job is done you go home
