Rail road management that don't listen

Negative business culture that constantly thinks about pounds and pence and nothing else. No staff value other than the mentality of 'if you don't like it there's the door sunshine' It's a shame, if this business had the right management it would have greater staff retention and be more successfull with thier client base as it would have the correct management

good place to work. excellent wages and anyone who is willing could work there. nice members of a team and everybody is really welcoming much like a big family
