Hi there! Great question. Our interview process is your opportunity to tell us all about past experience in care, your skills and qualifications and what your future goals are. Our recruitment teams are very friendly and the meeting will be more of an informal chat.
In the interview, we will assess your aptitude for the job whilst also seeing if you can tell us about scenarios in which you have demonstrated our core values: trust, empathy and expertise.
We will also ask you to show us, using the camera of your smart device, your ID documents.
Don't worry - all the requirements will be shared with you in advance of the meeting.
The interview, along with our whole recruitment process, is fully virtual so you can complete it with a smart device from the comfort of home.
If your interview goes well, you'll receive a verbal job offer.

Interview was so nice professional and friendly. It was through teams video interview. The date was fixed 1month before. They remind 1 week and days before interview through text message and email and share the interview link. Connection was absolutely fine. A congratulation mail after the interview. Interview was a video interview. Discussion with Branch Manager where they go over previous work experience, qualification etc. Care scenarios also.
