I would recommend Next Level Security for the company culture. Good communication between management and staffs through the company app. Both store managers and line managers are polite and helpful. Line managers have visited me 4 times in just 2 months in my working place. I have worked in 3 different stores in Hull and managers and staffs are all good people in those stores. You can have enough shifts if you want to, but you have to be flexible.

low income, no paid breaks, less time off from work, 40 hours over 6 days or 30 hours over 5 days

Great place to work

Great place to work, bosses are lovely, loads of opportunities to learn new things, relaxed environment and reasonable workload (always plenty to do but not stressful at all).

I enjoyed working with next level security until I get food poisoning lasy Christmas so I was sent home for work and I than received a text message from the manager saying that I had been working on the pub doors over Christmas when I wasn't working on the pub doors I had food poisoning from my mums Christmas Dinner I don't like being called lier so I told them to stick the job

I like that I can talk to other NLSS security staff since they set up their own in house NLSS app.Its great for knowing what’s happening in the company and communication with my manager and other security staff. Everything is easy , pay, getting holiday, uniforms,.Loads of shifts available so never struggling for hours. A very Well run company so I see why they got an award .

I’ve found that Next Level Security Services really care about the staff. They always prioritise welfare of the staff & are so helpful when people need a hand. The work environment itself is somehow relaxed despite oftentimes being very busy. Senior management maintain good relationships with all employees working under them, which makes it easy to express opinions and feel like a part of the team.

I work in a council building and am enjoying it. Staff are all friendly . I left my last job because i wasn't get any back up and was on my own , it was like they didn't care. NLSS don't leave you on your own and there is always someone who will come to help you.. They have a control room and mobile supervisors who come and check you are alright. As security companies go, this is one of the best ones

Excellent security company to work for

A legitimate security company ! For the first time I feel like I work for a real company. Managers always contactable, pay always on time , holidays always granted when needed. I read the reviews and can say if you just get on with the job there are no issues at all and the company will look after you. Best company in the North east and I have worked for most of the others and definitely say this is most professional one about

Dangerous work No protection and the money is very small And they don't pay on time also u have to watch your back all the time and you don't work particular site all over the place

Just a normal security job

What can I say about this company Having worked for them for only a short time they pay when they say are going to pay However cancelled shifts without saying anything And have cancelled all shifts without saying anything, Just like someone said and they hitted the nail on the head!

Company that takes side of client over security just to keep contract

If you are accused of anything you will be asked for your side of things but they may aswell have not bothered asking as they still take the side of the management of the client which is probably done to keep the contract with the client

No compassion or assistance for security focused on customer

Disregard to security workforce only concerned with clients and revenues no priority to security staff or giving support if there's an issue more inclined towards store management statements even though tfey might be biased or discriminatory.

Depends if youre wanted at store then tgere will be no problem

Good company to work for

I worked for Next Level for a short period of time. I left because I went to do some self employed work which clashed unfortunately but I enjoyed my time working for Next Level management was good and any problems manager always sorted. I worked at a few lidl stores, some were harder than others but my home store was a dream loved working with the team there as they communicated with me which made the job much easier. I'd go back if I could as Next Level was a good company.

Nice staff and management always looked after me . Also on some jobs good rates of pay . And overtime holiday pay .25 days off a year . There also provided all the uniform .
