Horrible place
was there 12 months and its a horrible place to work especially out of south elmsall please keep away the is no maral at all and management see to be out for them self if you work out of wath its a cracking environment nice a helpful

Horrible place to work
The management are always making the staff feel worthless and they are always watching the staff on the cctv camera's you feel like your on big brother and this is to make sure don’t say one word to your colleagues even if it important and management stand around doing nothing and talking to each other and playing on there mobile when the company is no phones on the shop floor and when they put a call out for you, they scream at you a cross the store like you a dog. personally I would not talk to dog same way the management spoke to me, they are rude, insulting and tell other staff about your personal business when it’s meant to private and you are expected to do 5 people’s jobs because they’ve never got enough staff and they are always cutting hour and contacts and this is upsetting the customer who have to wait around for you to serve them because you are to busy to serve them and the management take it out on you and scream at you like your 5 years old. I left this job due to health problems because of the stress of this job. I strongly recommend you never work this company. You don’t get any respect for working so hard you make your health bad.

Flexible, No guarantee of permanent contract or high contracted hours. Ideal for a bit of pocket money but not to live off. hardest part of the job is trying to pick up additional hours as your contracted hours aren't enough.

My review of Next
During my time at next I was welcomed by the team, although at the time I was pregnant and expected to be on my feet constantly. It’s a very busy job, I would recommend but I found I had no time to have a life outside of work with the hours and days they wanted from me
