Okay if your face fits
Some of the staff at the store I worked at was welcoming however some wasn't as wasn't the managers either and it was a case of if your face fits and I won't change to fit in with the cliques. There was some good pointsThat been the discount & a handful of the staff members was lovely. It's not somewhere I'd work again.

AWFUL place to work
Appalling management team, they feel like they can treat you how they want and do whatever they want make you feel like you’re not valuable. They are rude, they over work you, they purposely make it so your understaffed, they don’t train you properly and then when you do something wrong it’s all your fault. They don’t care about your well-being or how you feel, just about themselves and their profit. Oh, and not to mention the hours are bad and so is the pay. The only good thing is you get discount on a lot of places, otherwise, I promise you, this is a complete waste of your time. Don’t even bother applying to work for this god awful company.

Nice work colleagues terrible useless traffic management
Eastern European managers who have their favourites they do not value the drivers you rarely get more than a week rota and even if you do they change your hours to suit their requirements disregarding any plans ( because your home life means nothing to them ) you may have which is the company's downfall drivers dont stay long because of this it would benefit this company to either retrain the managers or replace them with actual humans.
