Next Ventures Careers and Employment

As a recruitment company, I do not have anything negative to write about Next Ventures. You understand the criteria when entering a recruitment environment and it was no different with Next Ventures. The social culture is a big thing and the people are very fun/ easy to get along with. The drinking culture is at first enjoyable, but too relentless for a career - just like all recruitment I assume.When I first joined a year prior they boasted that the environment wasn't so KPI driven, but KPI's have certainly moved forward in the companies agenda. As stated, nothing out of the ordinary as Recruitment firms go, people are really nice and I had a fantastic line manager who was the ideal individual to report to. Management was structured from top down so, although the two directors are on the floor, instructions would come via your line manager.
