How are the working hours at NEXT?

If you get the shift that you want - great! But don't expect to be able to change it... Next are NOT flexible.
I was granted a TEMPORARY shift change (to part-time hours) after 2 appeals, when I was pregnant and suffering from a severe pregnancy condition which made me very ill.They try hard to work around your needs
Unsociable, but in my opinion not unreasonable. Shift pattern, 4 days on, 4 days off. Varies, some 12 noon until 10pm, others 1-11, other earlier. Opportunity for overtime.
Very flexible.
The hours are very fair at next they are usually around 6/8 hours long with a fair break in-between for lunch or tea.
