Training is very limited, dont be surprised if you don't get any. They expect you to train yourself, you will be thrown onto the till and if you dont teach yourself very few people will actually help you. The induction day maybe lasts for 30 mins, you will be shown around the building, watch what expectations the company has and a health and safety video and then set up your NEP( Next Employee Portal)
Induction day is 1-3 hours. Training programme is around 10 shifts. Always training to be completed on the Next Learning Portal.
1 day. Not even that. 30 minutes.
After this you are thrown in the deep end serving/processing while going through an unhelpful "training" course riddled with spelling errors over the period of 6 months. This is the case for anyone who joins now.
Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
