What is the interview process like at NEXT?

It was fairly good
They asked some basic questions and how to handle the customer and how to be a good worker
Intense 3 x on lines tests, telephone interview, work trial with 3 more tests and another interview this time in person.
Very calm and pleasant.
The interview was a group interview as much job application was contract. They were pretty informative however and I got an understanding about the job at hand.
