  • I started new, no one helped me or put themselves out to make me feel welcome. I was put down for loads of shifts and hours without being able to take them away and they weren’t contracted.

  • I work at DVP if a manager is trying to bully or is rude, they get twice back. I stand no bull, I send them into a mentally unfit state. I enjoy it, mind games is great. I also have time off when I want, stuff em.

  • I had to leave for my mental health. There is not enough time to do your job. When you reach a target, they increase targets. The managers insist on you making 100% targets every day, and you're not allowed
one mistake, when you're working at break - neck speed. Even when they put you on something new that you've not been trained on. They have these "guns," or "zebras" as they call them, which monitor where you are every second of the day, even timing you on the toilet. All this for minimum wage. You are dehumanised, they break your spirit every single day. One day, I broke down from the pressure and the bullying, and I realised I had to leave, as the place was driving me insane. The colleagues are lovely, just not the head office / management and rules.

Skinny colleagues were allowed to wear black leggings, but not me (size 14).

You are forced to buy your uniform, but it's their choice of outfit. Which you have to buy.

  • Treated like a robot managers are slave divers wait until you hit target then move to different departments so you lose it all stadium way south emsall is shocking needs shutting down

  • Lies lies lies next what to get rid of the long serving staff with good contracts, and replace them with flex contracts poor company to work for.had to leave for my own sanity .

  • Very unorganised, I was told to come in for my 1st shift on a certain date via email and was told I wasn't working that day. Sure, that's just a little mistake. Then the real tornado of rubbish happened, I get there on my (real) 1st day and have no idea what i'm doing i'm told little bits and pieces but no one has time to properly explain my situation to me. Staff seemed very reluctant to help the newbie, very welcoming...Not to mention the whole place is micro-managed, 0/10 for this company.

  • Stress, bullying, overworked (massively) and caused me to become emotionally imbalanced due to the way staff are treated, day in, day out.

  • Management was disgraceful & very rude !!

  • 3 Very bad mannered management ,to the staff totally disgraceful & in front of customers !! Never in my life worked with such horrible miserable environment. Was so unhappy. !
I had plenty of past experience working in business with lovely happy management & staff promoting great sales... Next i couldn't wait get out of the place did 3 month as I contracted myself ! Then I handed in my notice :-)

  • Bullied by managers I wasn’t the only member of staff experiencing it! Loved my job but eventually couldn’t take the stress! Reported when I left after two years, but none of the remaining staff who were also bullied backed me up! So complaint overturned! All managers stick together! If your face fits you’re fine! If it doesn’t you know about it! The manager bullying me left just after I did to do a cleaning job! Annoying! Because I loved my job
