  • Managers push you too hard but then again they sit and watch you not offering any help, i hope this company gets shut down.

  • Never again! Worked within home at head office
A lot of blame culture and unsupported by managers. Horrible hierarchy within the management team and some non approachable. People crying in corridors and very stressful environment. Would rather be starving and homeless than work for them again.

  • Management have no respect for employees. Couldn't go in once because my young children were ill and they asked If I could leave them at home! Both under the age of 5!! Horrible place to work for! Would NOT recommend.

  • A lot and bullies you stand for one min and a manager shout customer. You have to tell people your going to the toilet while other staff stand in the stockroom chatting .They page you when your on your 15 min lunch when it clearly says on the till rota your on your lunch .I had a wobble a few weeks ago and my manager said .I thought you were a strong independent woman .There are so many nasty people who back stab you .you have hardly any training .Its so terribly it’s laughable I also hope it goes in to administration. They deserve it .I have never been treated So badly ever and I’m not a kid I’m over 40 .please don’t apply .

  • One of the worst companies ever ! bullying demeaning, treated like children in a target driven environment and even when you reach targets they will knock you down and tell you that you must be doing something wrong threatened with loosing job constantly a very unhealthy workplace and very clicks

  • Breach of contract

  • Clicky management , negative work environment , very stifling , being told I was too helpful and ridiculous targets and having the 6 mo this probation hanging over you . Do not apply if you are a nice person or have a personality !!!!

  • After starting 3 days a week (part time) the second day in the job i was rotated in for 7 days straight with 3 midnight finishes. After being assured they would TRY and give me less...bam the same next week. The can’t retain staff for this reason hence the constant overtime everyone is forced into. Other staff warned me when I started as it’s the norm. If you want any kind of life or to ever see your kids stay away

  • Because they are the worst company to work for. No offence to the decent people who work for them but I hope it’s the next place to go into administration.

  • Haven't left yet but am planning to leave as the management is very poor and all staff are being treated awfully. We are also not compensated enough considering we are having to carry sofas throughout the store on only £3,300 a year!
