Reviews for Human Resources Coordinator at NGA Human Resources

Disorganised

As above - NGA lacks organisation in middle management. This is because there is too heavy a workload for middle management to manage their team and satisfy the needs of the client. The positives are that NGA offers career progression due to the sheer size of the company.

Great workplace with amazing people and wonderful clients

Northgate Arinso is a great place to learn and grow. There are lot of opportunities for career growth and knowledge enhancement. I was able to use them to mold myself to a better person personally and professionally. In my work span in Northgate Arinso, I was able to productively use my time to think, plan and execute development programs for individuals. Yes I admit there were few hard times in my career, but I was able to successfully overcome and learn from the same. I consider Northgate Arinso as my first school of professional life and now looking forward to learn and achieve more from my new company.

Pros

Transportation, Compensatory offs, Free meal coupons on holiday working

Cons

More structured management
