Dreadful place, unsupported & ‘thrown in at the deep end’. Very little initial training & had to constantly ask for an induction which eventually I was offered 2 months after starting. Toxic Management, always want more and more. Favouritism is rife , if they don't like you , they try everything in their power to get rid of you . One good thing the policies are very family oriented but management don't read what you are entitled to and when they are shown them they are still reluctant to give you what you are entitled to .
