Yes! You can always approach your manager whenever you have challenges regarding your working hours.
They have flexi time in place but in some departments are still very strict about shift times etc
On average daily hours are anywhere between 9, 10, ,11 and 12 hours. Some rotas include shorter shifts such 8hr or 7.5 hrs it really depends on the rota you are on but in general it’s a mixture of all hours unless you get on a 12hr rota specifically. When you start out your rota will be a combination of all hours.
This depends on the role. Many of the roles do allow an element of flexibility in working hours, particularly in non-customer facing position.
