If you are close to management your pay can be enhanced 20/30% only by giving you best paying shifts and easier areas to work. You need to come from two basic group of countries to succeed and have the best. If not forget humane treatment and good enough pay. The pay level 3, 4 level below for Band 2 staff. And career progression so stagnant you loose hope and will
