60 answers

  • Value experience

  • Employ properly qualified managers

  • Offer people full time contacts after 3 months

  • Actually listen and hear ground level staff.

  • Pay higher wages to multi skilled staff

  • Respect staff, up wages significantly.

  • Take suggestions from employees and reply to them with actual reasons.
Have some sort of progression in the lower level jobs to allow people to move up the hierarchy without necessarily applying for internal jobs.

  • Be nice people

  • Advancement

  • Listen and respect their staff. Help them progress, treat them with kindness and keep private information confidential. Lower, untrained poor managers need to be properly addressed.

Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
