Value experience
Employ properly qualified managers
Offer people full time contacts after 3 months
Actually listen and hear ground level staff.
Listen and act on staff suggestions and treat them as you would like to be treated yourself.
Raise pay. Staff are overworked and exhausted but remain very committed and professional
Pay higher wages to multi skilled staff
Respect staff, up wages significantly.
Take suggestions from employees and reply to them with actual reasons.
Have some sort of progression in the lower level jobs to allow people to move up the hierarchy without necessarily applying for internal jobs.Be nice people
