Toxic environment
It seems like what we do most of the time is checking patient ID on samples.It’s frustrating that I went to uni to study for this job and now most of the time before you do anything you need to speak to a biochemist before you cancel a potassium of 7 when all other results are normal!? Great team
Nice and helpful colleagues, left the job due to long travel times. Majority of the seniors were nice , flexible working time.However, poor pay based compared with the workload.Staff Nurse in London

Stressful, fast-paced working environment
Standard routine for ward nurses. Very good training system, multidisciplinary oriented sessions. Generally understaffed, short to no breaks, unpaid overtime.No time availability to fulfill both care needs and nursing documentation.Overall, rewarding job but poor system.Information Technology in London
