Great benefits but terrible management
Twice I have had the pleasure of working for the NHS in two completely different settings but the management is similar, they're pushy but refuse to deal with issues like bullying which is rife. Stressful

Great time as bank staff
Great time as bank staff working during covid, relatively relaxed work environment providing the team was meeting the targets.Team leaders were down to earth and supportive with concerns, covid “ended” so the lab closed.What would you say about your employer?
