NHS Employee ReviewDon’t do the apprenticeship
Nursery Assistant (Current Employee) - Trafford, Greater Manchester - 18 May 2022
No opportunity to progress. Management don’t care about staff. The apprenticeship is so unorganised and once you have completed it there isn’t much opportunity to progress.

Nursery Assistant (Former Employee) - Glasgow, Glasgow - 11 March 2022
Working in a career where you want to help people and generally felling happy. it can be unnecessarily stressful dealing with short staffing & red tape. Othe areas to improve are the hours but generally good. While most colleagues are lovely there can be a generally unmotivated atmosphere is areas

Awful
Nursery Assistant (Former Employee) - Rampton, Nottinghamshire - 23 January 2020
DO NOT WORK HERE. Dangerously understaffed. Managers that only care about themselves and their promotions. The pay is horrendous for what you have to deal with on a daily basis. Do not apply for a job here!!!!

NHS Administrator (Current Employee) - Trafford, Greater Manchester - 2 May 2022
own manager is lovely however big bosses and clinicians do not have any respect for admin. NHS do not pay on workload so you could be doing all the work in the world however if it is not classes as clinical you will not get paid enough.
Pros
Secure job
