NHS Employee Review
Fast paced, great benefits, nice colleagues
Receptionist/Administrator (Current Employee) - Edinburgh - 8 June 2022
Great place to work, good benefits ie pension/sick pay etc. Work life balance. Would say that more room for progression is needed if you want to move up the ladder.

Staff are so stressed and over worked. The answer in there is too create another level of management to ‘manage’ but what you really need is the correct amount of staff and the right equipment. Staff are so hard working and gives so much.

No support from Management
Receptionist/Administrator (Former Employee) - East Midlands - 28 June 2022
Difficult job during the pandemic. Management unsupportive. The pay is not reflective of job's responsibilities. There is high staff turnover. Blame culture.

Stressful place to work
Administrator (Former Employee) - Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh - 11 August 2022
Stressful place to work. Management are difficult to work for. However professional health care staff are great to work with. Enjoyed working alongside healthcare staff.
