own manager is lovely however big bosses and clinicians do not have any respect for admin. NHS do not pay on workload so you could be doing all the work in the world however if it is not classes as clinical you will not get paid enough.

The NHS is one of the best employers for all aspects, although I think sometimes things issues can be overlooked and not dealt with and that erodes confidence and self esteem.

Staff amazing, need to be able to adapt to change as things move and change often daily.Rate of pay needs to be increased in all NHS sectors. Staff do the job for the love of it rather than the pay.

Don’t do the apprenticeship

No opportunity to progress. Management don’t care about staff. The apprenticeship is so unorganised and once you have completed it there isn’t much opportunity to progress.
