It could be worse, the NHS has suffered over the past 2 years with the Covid pandemic. Lots of changes brought in at even faster pace not always enabling staff and teams to keep up

Don't work here unless you're desperate

Bullying management. High expectations, low real genuine care for employees. No wonder the NHS is such a mess, too many managers creating work for no good reason.

Great place to work. But you need to be aware that NHS is extremely understaffed especially past few years and getting worse. You will have to protect your own sanity by being strict about work like balance
