NHS KCHFT Bank administrator covid 19 vaccination programmeGreat work at the beginning, loads of shift but now that most ppl have had their vaccine no shifts since it’s bank anyways.Very repetitive so gets boring.

Too many Fixed term contracts

no job security as its just extensions of Fixed Term contracts. Management dont seem to be sure of their own processes which makes training and asking questions difficult.
