NHS Employee ReviewOverworked and under paid...
Coordinator (Former Employee) - Leicestershire - 13 May 2022
The pay isn't enough for the amount of stress working here causes - and I don't mean working as a nurse/doctor. - on the administration side. Bear this in mind!

The work day changed depending on the shift you worked, days were very different to nights. The job was highly satisfying as youa got to help the public and those in need.

Genomics Coordinator (Former Employee) - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - 29 January 2020
Loved meeting the patients and enjoyed working with so many of the staff, who give everyone their best. Just wish the management was more accountable.

Busy Environment, Easy to adapt to.
Cancer MDT Coordinator (Former Employee) - Manchester, Greater Manchester - 11 November 2019
Busy Environment. Easy to adapt to, the rules and guidelines often change so you need to make sure you are able to adapt to each situations. Very little opportunity for growth within same departments, but overall growth within your role can be transferred to other departments and roles.
